[Support request] please remove branch from my product

It's best if you register support requests for Launchpad using the
ticket tracker in Launchpad itself.

You can just update that branch and change its URL -- everything will
magically work. It's preferred to do that than to request removal of a
branch.

If you can rename or alter them to match reality it will be better than
requesting removal -- in particular because removal of series is not
really supported yet.
