error message trying to file a bug

I tried this out.  You're getting a message at the top of the form
saying "An error occurred".

This error message should say "that package name isn't known in launchpad".

You need to put a source-package name into the "package" field.  You can
 use the "Choose..." link to choose one from a list.

Sorry about the crappy error message.  Matsubara, would you get a bug
filed to improve that please?
