Launchpad personal page

Hello...
The past few days, I've received a "no member with that mail addy" type
- login message.
Today, I logged in and got brought to a totally different page, with my
member name.

There is an e-mail addy for it, which has never been mine and ending in
"@time.net.my".
Also, a 'not created', wiki page named "Stanz2", also never mine.
I have no other access to personal options, such as email additions &
other opts.
And - my name [same one too], "Logged in as", will bring [links] ya to
MY page, with all my info & options - active.
I'm stumped about this, and have security thoughts.
Is this a stalker ? a bot ? An honest mistake?
I'ld like to know, if someone knows about this type of thing.
