The easiest thing to do is to:
1) Log into Launchpad with your janne-jokitalo account.
2) Go to https://launchpad.net/people/+requestmerge and choose to merge
the astraljava account.
3) Follow the instructions on the email sent to
astraljava at corecomputing.net (astraljava's email in Launchpad) to
finish the merge
4) Go to https://launchpad.net/people/janne-jokitalo/+edit and change the
name to 'astraljava' (which is now available because the merged
account is renamed).
This assumes you have access to emails sent to astraljava at corecomputing.net.
If that is not true, then you'll need to either file a help request [1] or go
to the #launchpad channel on irc.freenode.net and ask one of the Launchpad
admins [2] to merge the accounts for you.
