Thanks for the tip. I'm looking into your request and we should have it
dealt with shortly (please remind me if it isn't).

I was wondering if you could outline what specific problems you or your
management had with Launchpad, so we can work on making it better (and
avoiding similar problems in the future). I'd really appreciate it.
