Change people account into team account

One thing we can do is rename that person, remove its confirmed email
address, and create a new team with the same name and email addresses.
You wouldn't be able to associate the two packages that have been
uploaded to the new team, but since the matching is done by email
address, future uploads will associate the packages to the new team.

You can do that yourself if you have access to that email address;
otherwise, please open a ticket and I'll see that it gets done.
