Problem with registering

Hello,

I entered my e-mail (takeda at takeda.tk) on registration page
(https://launchpad.net/+login?origin=shipit-ubuntu), but I didn't
received any mail. I already did the process twice.

As for grey listing and filtering, my address is not filtered, I know
because I'm the administrator. I checked logs and there's not even an
attempt to connect to my mail server :/
