Fridge and UWN translations through Rosetta?

Hello,

I would like to get some help with importing a new project into
Rosetta. Three come to mind, in particular:
The Ubuntu Weekly Newsletter

The Fridge UI [fridge.ubuntu.com]
The Fridge content [https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FridgeContent]

ATM, I have no clue where to start (I suppose I need a way to generate
PO files of each), so any help is welcome. My reply may be delayed, as
I'm not here next week.
