Ugh. :-) In that case, steps 1 and 2 should be swapped: first change
the bug watch fields to an URL field that detects the correct bug
tracker (so people can just paste an URL instead of constructing
comma-separated numbers), *then* merge the various Sourceforge
bugtrackers.
