question on support tickets

I agree, I just found it annoying and was surprised there was nothing
already in regards to this on launchpad, either the mailing list or a bug
report.

Note that:

    - We are likely to auto-close unanswered requests after a certain
      period of time.
    - I don't think that closed requests should be displayed.

This should be a way forward in handling this issue -- it's actually
deeper then simply displaying them.
