Team Owner Settings

Hello,

Our little team "Ubuntu Urdu Translators" needs some help. The owner mr.
Hameed uddin is busy in work these days and he has informed me via email
about this. I requested him to give me administrative rights so that I could
change the team description add information about mailing list and how we
are working together with some upstream translators. Unfortunately mr.
Hameeduddin doesn't know how he can do that. I would appreciate if some one
can explain how we can set a team members status to
moderator/administrator/owner so that more than one people can handle the
team matters.
