I have added another product from the same upstream Xfce repository two
days ago and it failed as well.

Does this mean that native bzr import has the same problems as the
previous system?

As for externals in upstream svn, svn pl says that xfce4-panel has the
svn:ignore property set, just like the other products which failed to
import. External is set on the root svn repo of which all these are
subprojects.

Can the import script be downloaded for debugging?
