I'm not sure what you mean here, but your team is already listed on the
Ubuntu translators group page, as you can see here:

Yes.  All team administrators should see a 'Edit Contact Address' on the
top left menu of the team's home page.  After you add the mailing list
address as the team's contact address, we'll send an email to the mailing
list with instructions to confirm the email and then finally set it as the
team's contact address.

If the mailing list is configured to not accept non-members posts, the
list moderator will have to either approve it so one of the team admins
can finish the process or the list moderator will have to do it himself.
