It was a timeout -- Launchpad couldn't answer your query fast enough.
This is the page which is causing the most grief to end-users right now
(and there is /no/ other page which is causing the same level of grief).
Carlos, Danilo and I are working to ensure this is fixed very soon. For
now, I can only suggest to keep trying because it's only a transient
error (it only fails in less than 5% of attempts overall by my
calculations).
