Bazaar terms explained: tree, branch, repository

Unfortunately the footnote about 0.13 and --trees is not correct. From
at least 0.8 through 0.13, --no-trees is the default. I had hoped to
switch to --trees for 0.13, but that didn't happen, so hopefully for
0.14 we will.
