higlug-bot product on Launchpad

You registered the higlug-bot product on Launchpad some time ago, but it
seems unused, and only points to a Subversion repository that does not
appear to be functional.

In the interest of keeping Launchpad tidy, we do not want keep products
around that are not being used.

Would you like this product to be removed from Launchpad?
