Malone: more than one Debian bug watch in the same bug?

Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to have two Debian bug watches in
the same bug.
For instance: https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/zsnes/+bug/70600
Two bugs are reported in Debian about that:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=367942
If I try "Also affects: Distribution", Malone says "This bug has
already been reported on zsnes (debian)."
