This was bug 76165; this has been fixed in the repository and should be
rolled out shortly. It only affects you if you visit the bug page in a
context for which that bug is not reported, so you can get to the bug by
using the

    https://launchpad.net/bugs/N

URL style, with N being replaced by the bug number. So to see the bug
this is actually about:

    https://launchpad.net/bugs/76165

will redirect you to the right place.
