Activate existing team on Launchpad

Hello,

I needed to activate an existent team on LP.  The request has been done
by Christian (kiko), but as both Christian and Mark (sabdfl) encouraged
me to write to the list because it's an interesting case, here it is.

The Debian TeX team use a mailing list as the maintainer address for
quite some TeX-related packages, so the address had already been
imported in LP.  Now the team wants to track the bugs of these packages
in Ubuntu as well, so they tried to have the list address subscribed to
the bugmails of these packages in LP.  However when someone tried to use
the "Hey, I'm..." interface to request a password for the account, the
mail didn't go through [1].

I then asked on #launchpad on IRC and Christian performed some magic to
convert that address to a team on LP.  As for what happened about the
confirmation mail from LP to the Debian list, I have no idea.
