Launchpad will be down for maintenance from 10:30 UTC to 11:30 UTC
today, Tuesday February 7.

During this time, wikis that use Launchpad for authentication will be
unavailable for about 10 minutes, and the Launchpad web application will
be unavailable for 10 minutes.

For the rest of the time, certain Launchpad facilities that use the
Librarian system won't be available.  These include team emblems,
hackergotchi images, bug attachments, Rosetta imports and exports.
