Yes. Although, of course, it doesn't mean that someone should go through
the upstream bug tracker and open Ubuntu bugs.

Isn't this a general problem with the 'needs info' state? How do you
deal with bugs that are in a 'needs info' in other bug trackers?

Yes, that's why I suggested that it might be good to set the priority
to low, so that you could filter out those bugs that you have decided
not to fix unless upstream fixes it.
I'm open to suggestions of how to deal with this better. Maybe Brad has
some ideas, since he's currently working on searching and bug reports,
I CCed him.
