Hi Hal,

If by "batching of email" you mean you want to get a digest of all  
bugmail (and/or other mail Launchpad sends out) once at the end of  
the day/week/whatever, there currently is no such thing.

If you're deeply interested in having this feature, you might  
consider contributing a document describing the rationale and details  
of how you'd like it to work:
