Karma in Launchpad

Hi all,

I took the time to dissect the Karma systems used on Slashdot, the GNOME
Bugzilla and in Launchpad, respectively. Hopefully, this will provide
some background on the uses and possibilities of the Karma system which
has yet to be integrated in Launchpad:

I am aware that Karma was discussed not too long ago, but apart from a
few bug reports, little happened. I would like to invite both Launchpad
users and developers to further discuss what the karma system should be
used for, and how you would like it to develop.
