extra Status for upstream bugs in overview

Here is an other example why we need an extra status in overview:
https://launchpad.net/distros/debian/+source/grpn/+bug/47361

This one is in Ubuntu "confirmed" but in the overview we only see
"Unconfirmed" because of the upstream status.
