We used to have a bug that could cause problems like this, but it's fixed
already. Do you have the date in which the email containing the above link was
sent to you?

If this email was sent more than a month ago, you should be able to register
by following the "create a new account" link on https://shipit.ubuntu.com. If
this is not the case, it'd be good if you could give us some details like the
email address you used when registering and the date/time when you did it.
