Well, the way I see it it would be useful to offer a person a page where
the packages he was interested in were listed in a comprehensive way. I
think it's somewhat useful for a person who does bug triage to know if a
new package has been uploaded, and it seems useful for a person
assembling and uploading packages to see if it has bugs reported on it.
I don't see much benefit in keeping everything separate (and a bit
redundant) if you see what I mean.

I'm listening, though -- I don't want the combined view to be confusing.
But I don't think the analogy with default assignee versus bug contacts
is very appropriate here. Perhaps if we keep clearly marking the
sections with headings that say something like:

    Maintained Packages

    Uploaded Packages

    Bug Contact Packages

less confusion would result.
