Fwd: Quick importing of remote bugs

A bug report from siretart:

Sometimes, I find a bug in some package. I check malone, but don't find
it reported there. Then I go to the debian bts and find it there. Now I
want to be able to quick import that bug without having to file it in
malone in the corresponding sourcepackage in ubuntu first.

Another very similar use case is this: I'm a maintainer of a package in
debian, and a debian user reports me a bug. I know that this bug is also
in ubuntu, so I want to quick import this debian bug, creating two
bugtasks (one for ubuntu, and a remote bugtask for debian).

Oh yes, this is already doable, but with rather painful lot klicks in
the webui. I'd like to avoid retyping the bug description, because it is
already in debian.

(From bradb: I think being able to quickly import a remote bug is
reasonable.)

Cheers,
