Auto-subscribe to bugs I have committed some action on - User Preference

Hi,

It would be very helpful if launchpad would subscribe me to all the
bugs that I add a comment, change the status of, etc. Since not all
users would like this feature, it would be ideal if its implemented as
a User Preference.

This is sort of like the "Watch all pages I edit" feature on Mediawiki
wikis such as the Wikipedia.
