If the decrease rate is no longer linear, you could have the strange
situation where two people have the same karma on a day and no more
the day after, without doing anything. Altought I don't have the full
demonstration, it should not be a bug as long as the decrease rate is
linear. (I personnaly think it should not be but that's more a feeling
than a rationnal construction)
