request: Automatically subscribe to support requests you reply to

Good morning,

I have been looking at some support requests and wondered if you could be 
automatically subscribed to support requests you respond to just like in 
Malone when responding to bugs?  It would make things a lot easier to manage 
which support requests you have "worked".  

Also will support requests be calculated into Karma?
