Hi Luca,

It seems that the required update script are not run automatically after the 
production data is imported daily on the staging instance.

I've asked our admins to take care of this. It should be fixed soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience (and thanks a lot for testing this!)

Btw, I changed our migration procedure. It will now possible for users to 
confirm answers created before the workflow changes (previously it was only 
possible for a user to confirm answers posted after the change).
