Finding bugs with Unknown status, was Re: Problems linking bug w/ upstream

I guess the issue is the difference between packages and products again.
How do I link the packages to the products? If you search for bugs on the
product Keep you don't see any bugs, yet if you search for bugs on the keep
packages you see bugs.
Notice the difference: Bugs in keep in Ubuntu :
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/keep/+bugs there are 6 of them
And then look for Bugs in Keep: https://launchpad.net/products/keep/+bugs
and there is one of them.
How does linking products/keep/+bugs and /+source/keep/+bugs work?

Interesting. Once you reported it upstream, you should be able to see
the bug in:
https://launchpad.net/products/keep/+bugs
The reason you don't is that the status is still Unknown until it syncs
up with the remote tracker. Bjorn, we omit bugs with status Unknown.. do
you know why? I think we shouldn't omit them.. or perhaps at least not
if it is Unknown for the context you are currently in. What do you
think?
Take care,
