Change in list post policy

To avoid so many misdirected messages spamming this list (which
certainly bothers me and probably bothers many of you) I've set Mailman
to moderate the first posting made by new users. This will allow me to
redirect ShipIt and Ubuntu email without it hitting all of you. Let me
know if you think this isn't such a great idea. Thanks,
