You're right. I misunderstood the page.
Only the last translation of every contributed package is shown.

So if someone made 25 suggestions on only one package, there will only
be one translation shown for the guy. Unusable for me to judge the
quality of contribution. This is what I hoped to do with this
functionality. I don't see the utility of what has just been
implemented.
