openpgp error

hello all!

I want join the community of ubuntu, now, i must make a openpgp key, when I
want submit it to launchpad, I get a error.
I have already looked if the key is correct, and it's correct, and I have
uploaded to the server of ubuntu.

But still launchpad give me a error. How must I slows this problem?
