Filing bugs against kdebase instead of konqueror is counter intuitive.

Hi,

I just went to file a bug against konqueror. According to launchpad, there is 
no such package. Luckily I figured out that I need to file a bug against 
kdebase.

I think that the average user would not have been able to figure out that a 
konqueror bug should be filed against kdebase, they wouldn' know what kdebase 
is. They would probably either decide not to bother reporting the bug, or 
would file it against the wrong package.

I brought this up with Riddell in #kubuntu-devel, and he pointed me to the 
launchpad team:
