Testers needed for new support tracker workflow

Some users have reported OOPS when trying the new features on staging. It 
seems that the roll out wasn't completed successfully. Some upgrade scripts 
still need to be run by our DBA. 

I'll let you know when this can really tested. Sorry to all the users who have 
tried it out and suffered from the OOPS.
