make searching for bugs easier

Hi

I went to report a bug in Ubuntu.  Launchpad made it way too hard to
find how to search for existing bugs before reporting new ones, so I
just reported it without searching.

Please add something that makes it very easy to search before filing new
bugs.  Something like a search box on the report bug page (like GNOME's
Bugzilla had at one point would be great).

As well as this, the Malone landing page (https://launchpad.net/malone)
doesn't make it easy to search for bugs either.  How am I even supposed
to start on that page?  I think it's adequate for developers and other
bug assignees, but as an Ubuntu user wanting to report bugs it's
terrible.  Again, a simple search box on that page would be very
helpful.
