add of personnal packages

Hi ,
i'm the owner of the e17-ubuntu-maintainers team (
https://launchpad.net/people/e17-ubuntu-maintainers/), which provides a
repository of Enlightenement DR17 for Ubuntu users.

Anyway, this repository isn't official.
So, i would know how i can add to LP the list of packages which are in the
repository and link them to their respective maintainer .

I've asked on #launchpad but nobody could help me. So i try to get help here
:)
