Host changed for Yate for vcs-import on LP

I changed the VCS import details in Launchpad.

Now, this import fails because "conf.d/yate-gtk2.conf.default" appears
to have been "renamed" to "conf.d/yate-gtk2.conf.tabbed".

"Renaming" files in CVS (by moving ,v files around) is an
history-destroying operation and breaks Launchpad imports, they then
need to be fixed manually.

If you can confirm that is indeed what happened, I will apply the
renaming at the current point of the import.
