merging identities on launchpad

James, can you login with that account in Launchpad? If so, try to follow this
procedure:
* access page https://launchpad.net/people/yourlaunchpadname/+editemails
* add a new e-mail address you own and confirm it
* set it as Contact address
* follow the procedure listed in https://launchpad.net/people/+requestmerge
