Using Launchpad with Closed Source Software?

Howdy guys,

I was wondering what the terms of use are for using launchpad for a
currently closed source project? I am developing a mapping gallery
project written in PHP, which will eventually be open source, however I
plan on releasing a site running the software before doing so to build
up a set of data.

Is it okay to use Launchpad to track blueprints & bugs, maybe
translations, (haven't worked out the logistics for that yet), for now?
(I plan on utilising sourceforge in the future to provide download
hosting support and a centralised version server, but I will be using
bzr branches too for non development team patches, I think).
