Changing project-association of an answer

You will be able to edit the question to do this in a future release of
Launchpad. I committed a fix for this recently.

You can subscribe yourself to the bug
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad-answers/+bug/34050) to be notified
when its status changes to 'Fix Released.
