I'd also like to do the same, after working with launchpad and the beta
for a couple of weeks I've found its just too difficult for many people
working on my project to understand. We're just going to host our own
codebase / plans & blueprints and bugzilla.

We also want to stay with Mercurial.

To keep soon to be out of date info out of circulation, I'd really also
like to know how this can be done.
