Two kernel teams

[Brian Murray]

There seem to be two kernel teams in Launchpad kernel-team[0] and
ubuntu-kernel-team[1].  To avoid confusion could we get kernel-team
merged into ubuntu-kernel-team?  Both teams seem to have packages
assigned to them.
