does the gutsy translation import system work?

It's working, but has a huge backlog of files from latest OO.org
security upload. The situation is getting better every day, but still
has a couple of weeks of delay... We are working on improve the
situation when we get such high load of imports to prevent this to
happen again.

I have a patch in the QA process that will allow you to see all files
uploaded by you on
https://translations.launchpad.net/~YOUR-LAUNCHPAD-ID/+imports with its
status. It should land in production later this month.
