Screenshots & home pages on featured projects Overview page

At the moment, the record for a project in Launchpad includes fields 
for URLs of the project's wiki and the project's screenshots page. 
However, we don't do anything with this information.

In the meantime, a project's registrar can link to pages of screenshots 
etc from the project's description if they wish.

Hosting project screenshots in Launchpad itself would be a subset of 
providing Web hosting in general, which is something we're considering 
for the future.
