Alright, you've got me. Considering the potential for "spam" and the
support/documentation overhead with having it be configurable, I'll go
with you on this one. I do think it would be nice to have a "Team
Administrators"  or "Launchpad Teamwork" doc that describes more what
people can and can't do and why. Just an idea.
