What does 不明 mean??? Or what does 재생율 mean???

They have put some thing in japanish and korean into kurdish packages. I
cant use KDE anymore because i don't understand a single word of japanish or
korean.
There are too many japanish and korean in kurdish translations. Why they do
that?
