Rejected: Upload is binaryful, mixed

I received this error when I tried to upload my package to my ppa:

> Rejected:
> Upload is binaryful, but policy refuses binaryful uploads.
> Upload is source/binary but policy refuses mixed uploads.

How can I fix this?
